Network Operations Center
Our Network Operations Center (NOC) is online and available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, constantly monitoring and controlling all our managed infrastructure, whether we manage your video delivery solutions from within our preferred datacenters or yours. When you have an issue, we are monitoring and responding. From security, to deploying devices, to handling the day-to day needs of our customers’ solutions, we are ready to act whenever you need them.

Maintenance and Service Level Agreements
End-to-end management includes support for industry leading Service Level Agreements. Check with your local account team for details. Service availability, calculated on a per-site, monthly basis:
- Gold option: 99.99%
- Silver option: 99.9%
- Bronze option: 99%
Standard support options include a next business day response from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, eastern standard time (EST). Enhanced support is available depending on SLA levels, including 24/7 with a four hour resolution on critical issues.
